Perfectly Imperfect
Each candle is hand poured and there might be some variations to the final product. Frosting and texture may appear on 100% soy wax candles, this doesn’t affect the performance of the candles.
Where Do You Ship To?
We only ship to South Africa at the moment.
Personalised Candles
We take pride in creating personalised candles that are unique and special to each customer. However, we do not permit the use of profanity or any inappropriate language on our products. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing such language, and we will offer customers the option to provide alternative text or receive a full refund. We ask that all customers please be respectful when designing their candles. Thank you for your understanding.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Our candles are made to order. Items will be shipped 2-3 business days after the date of order.
Delivery with Aramex takes 1-3 business days.
Delivery with Paxi takes 5-9 business days.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We facilitate payment by credit cards, cheque cards, Instant EFT (via Internet Banking), Masterpass, and debit cards.
Damaged Goods
If your candle happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email info@scentbucket.com with a picture of your damaged candle within two (2) days of receiving.
